Zero Audio & Transcript Content Retention

Raw audio files and meeting transcripts are held transiently in memory only during active model extraction execution (average 11 seconds). Once commitment objects and scope status records are extracted and dispatched to your client destination board, raw transcript content is immediately zeroed and purged from memory.

Model Data Isolation

Model calls are performed via dedicated zero-retention enterprise API contracts. Your transcript data is never used to train public LLM models or fine-tune weights.

Encryption & Access Controls

• TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit.
• AES-256 GCM encryption at rest for customer workspace metadata and destination credentials.
• Strict tenant isolation enforced via Row-Level Security (RLS).
• OAuth 2.0 PKCE authentication flow for Asana, Jira, Linear, and Slack integrations.
